With modest resources, PFID-F&V forms alliances and partnerships to deliver assistance packages to its beneficiaries. The PFID-F&V approach also consists of training local NGO’s and professionals to link with private companies in the food industry. Departing from business-specific information between buyer and seller, farmers living near subsistence levels increased their market access capacity through enhanced market-led actions detailed ahead.
